Welcome, What to expect. In this program, I invite you to become in a relaxed state of mind. I create a safe environment, where you release your stress during the sessions. So you can be yourself and release what stresses you.
Foundations and principles of Stress. Identify and notify every day of this course, what your stress level is and in what situation it appears. So you can identify where you are in the process and be more aware of when stress appears.
Awareness: Notice your thoughts, how are they? Are your thoughts positive or negative? How do you feel, what could be changed? So you can change your way of thinking and the way you see your life.
Eliminate interruptions: How is your schedule? What are the difficult times for you? Take time for yourself or your business, you can work for a couple of hours without delay, so you can create time for what's important for you.
Time management. You’re aware of what must change in your time schedule. Now it's time to implant it, so you schedule your work time /free time in your calendar, so everybody around you is aware of your time off.
Celebrate your progress. You've worked hard and now it's time to evaluate and celebrate.
In this online session, we talk about your week, your progress and I will connect you with the universal energy, so you can upload yourself for the next week.
